Abstract: In order to better promote the implementation of the strategy of "Healthy China" and promote the management innovation of public hospital system, we can explore the modern public hospital management system that can meet the needs of the people in the new era from the aspects of medical service supply mode, public hospital collaborative governance design and public hospital internal management system. Public hospitals should play a leading role in integrated medical care and promote public and private hospitals to leap to the direction of "functional integration". To build a collaborative governance platform featuring "multiple stakeholders"; Innovate the high performance management system within the hospital, and create three centers: clinical governance, medical service guarantee, patient management and innovation.
