Jeannette's research interests include public administration, public service, and organizational behavior. She has in-depth research on public management and public service in Australia and part of East Asia, which is mainly divided into two parts: one is about productivity and performance issues, especially the impact of performance evaluation and reporting system on employee behavior and organizational results, and the application of performance information in decision-making of public institutions; Second, human resource management, especially the impact of government policies on employees' working attitude and behavior, including recruitment, retain and incentive.
