Invitation letter

In November 2013, the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee defines the overall goal of comprehensively deepening the reform as improving and developing the socialist institutions with Chinese characteristics, promoting the modernization of state governance system and governance capacity. This is the first time that the modernization of governance has become a major guiding ideology of the reforming strategy of the party and the state. It will certainly have extensive and far-reaching impacts on the practice and theoretical research of the governance.
