On December 9, 2016, the academic forum "Governance Modernization and Evidence-based Decision-making" jointly organized by the School of Public Administration and Policy of Renmin University of China and the Research Center of Evidence-based Governance of Renmin University of China was successfully held in conference room 123, Guoxue Hall, Renmin University of China.

Experts and scholars from Renmin University of China, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China University of Political Science and Law, East China University of Science and Technology, Sichuan Agricultural University, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Shenyang University, Xiangnan University and other universities participated in the speech and discussion.

The morning meeting was moderated by Yang Kaifeng, dean of the School of Public Administration and Policy at Renmin University of China.

Dean Yang first introduced the background and significance of the academic forum, and introduced the experts attending the forum.

The theme of this academic forum is divided into seven fields, namely, evidence-based research in the field of medicine, science and technology, management, policy, education, human resources and society.
