In recent years, in order to cope with the problems and challenges in the regional governance of West Railway Station and effectively improve the overall governance level of the region, the Regional management Committee of West Railway Station has gradually established and improved the regional governance mode with strategic cooperation and service purchase as the main platform, and realized the unique regional governance innovation of railway station. The corresponding experience needs to be summarized systematically.

In order to comprehensively and deeply summarize the experience, characteristics and existing problems arising from the implementation of the district governance system, members of the research group of the district governance and service purchase performance management system of the center went to the west station area for several rounds of field research from 29th August to 19th September, 2018. Group was organized by associate professor, professor Li Wenzhao and Zhang Zhang, the heads of the team, with a total 24 person-sending-timesof teachers and21person-sending-timesof doctoral and master students, whointerviewed the main leaders and the internal principal and business backbonein west railway station area.
