The Reform Research Group Of "Delegating Power, Delegating Regulation and Serving Services" Went to Guizhou Investment Promotion Bureau and

On July 30, 2019, Professor Li Wenzhao from the School of Public Administration and three doctoral students visited Guizhou Investment Promotion Bureau and the Provincial Big Data Comprehensive Experimental Zone Exhibition Center to conduct research on the third-party evaluation group of Guizhou's "delegating power, regulation and service" reform, which was hosted by the Center for Evidence-based Governance and Public Performance Research of Renmin University of China.

In the morning, the research team went to Guizhou Investment Promotion Bureau for investigation and hadin-depth exchange on the progress of the province's business environment.

In the afternoon, the research team of "delegating power, delegating regulation and serving services" went to the exhibition center of the provincial comprehensive experimental area of big data to carry out research.

After the visit, the research group had a discussion with relevant leaders of Guizhou Big Data Bureau, and had in-depth exchanges on promoting the reform of "delegating administration and service" and promoting the "one-networked and integrated management" of government services in Guizhou.

After the symposium, Professor Li expressed his gratitude for the support provided by Guizhou Big Data Bureau and fully affirmed the remarkable achievements Guizhou has made in big data construction. It is hoped that in the future, we can continue to maintain our advantages, deeply implement the battle of digital governance, speed up the construction of "Digital Guizhou", and continue to promote the deep integration of big data with other fields.
