Led by Professor Ma Liang and Zhang Nandiyang from the School of Public Administration and Policy and hosted by the Center for Evidence-based Governance of Renmin University of China, on 29th Jul. 2019, our group went tothe Market Supervision Administration of Guizhou Province and the Administrative Service Center of the Provincial People's Government to conduct research on the reform of "delegating regulation and serving".
In the morning, the research group arrived at the provincial market supervision and administration bureau for research, and the visit of the research group was warmly welcomed by the market supervision and administration bureau, the bureau and the "release of regulation and service" reform work related to all department heads participated in the symposium. The provincial market supervision administration party group secretary, deputy director Ding Kun presided over the meeting.
In the afternoon, the research group arrived at the Government Affairs Service Center of the Provincial People's Government to conduct research. Deputy Director Li of the Government Affairs Service Center was responsible for the reception and led the research group to visit the Government Affairs Service Hall to understand the working situation of the staff in the hall.
Under the guidance of Vice Director Li, the research group entered the conference room and began the discussion.
Then, the teachers of the research group raised questions, focusing on the highlights and difficulties of the government service center. The two sides had a heated discussion on the two initiatives of "postal express service" and "enterprise customized service" creatively launched by the government service center.
Through this investigation, the research group has gained deeper understanding of the current reform of "delegating supervision and administration" in Guizhou Market Supervision Administration and Government Service Center, and provided a strong support for the further research work.
