The Third Session of Guizhou Public Resources Trading Forum 2019 will be held at the Multi-function Hall of Guizhou Public Resources Trading Center at 9:00 a.m. on July 31, 2019.

Wang Conghu, executive director of the Research Center of Public Resource Trading, professor of School of Public AdministrationandPolicy and doctoral supervisor of Renmin University of China, gave a lecture for this study activity.

The study started with the reform of "delegating power, delegating power and providing services", "business environment" and "Internet + public resource transaction".

Professor Wang Conghu made a wonderful and vivid explanation from five aspects: the regulation and service, business environment and "Internet +", the definition and diffusion status of the nature of public resource transactions, the integration status and analysis of public resource transactions, the problems and challenges of public resource transactions, and the development stage and trend of public resource transactions.

All the cadres and staff of the Provincial Public Resources Trading Center, the City (State) Public Resources Trading Center, Guizhou Provincial QianyunCO., LTD., Guiyang Sunshine Property Rights Trading Center and staff representatives of more than 100 people participated in the learning activity.
