The Reform Research Group Of "Delegating Power, Regulating And Serving" Went To Guiyang Municipal Government To Carry Out Research

Led by Professor Li Wenzhao from the School of Public Administration and Policy and hosted by the Center for Evidence-based Governance of Renmin University of China, on July 31, 2019, the third-party evaluation team of Guizhou's "delegating power, regulation and service" reform went to Guiyang Municipal Government for investigation and in-depth exchange on the progress of the reform of "delegating power, regulation and service" in Guiyang.

Before the morning discussion, the leaders of Guiyang Municipal Government Service Center led the research team to visit the hall of Guiyang Municipal Government Service.

After the visit, the research group had a discussion and exchange with relevant offices and units in Guiyang Government Service Center.

Director Ma of the General Office of Guiyang Municipal Government introduced the work content of deepening the reform of "delegating supervision and service" in Guiyang in recent years. Then comrade Ji Ying of Guiyang Government Service Center introduced the work of government service. Then Guiyang market supervision bureau introduces the deepening of commercial system reform.

After the discussion, the members of the research group exchanged with the participating units on some specific issues to understand the difficulties and pain points in the reform of "releasing supervision and service" at present.

In the afternoon, the research team of "delegating supervision and service" respectively went to Guiyang Housing Provident Fund Management Center and Guiyang Public Resources Trading Center for investigation, and investigated the exploration and effect of "delegating supervision and service" reform of front-line departments at the grassroots level.

After that, the research group visited Guiyang Public Resources Trading Center on the spot, and learned about the latest reform trends of the center in the past two years.

After a day of close discussion and field visits, the research group collected a large number of first-hand data and materials.
