On October 8, 2019, the Evidence-based Governance and Public Performance Research Center of Renmin University of China hosted a third-party evaluation team for the reform of "delegating power, regulation and service" in Guizhou, led by Professor Li Wenzhao of the School of Public Administration, to Zunyi and Tongren of Guizhou to carry out a special investigation on the reform of "delegating power, administration and service". The reform project of "delegating power, regulation and services" is presided over by Professor Yang Kaifeng, Dean of the School. It aims to conduct a systematic, in-depth and comprehensive study of the reform of "delegating power, regulation and services" carried out by the Chinese government, exploring the theoretical basis behind the reform of "delegating power, regulation and services", and provide suggestions for further promoting the reform.
In the morning of the 8th, the research group held a discussion with the heads of the local departments concerned in Zunyi. Deputy secretary general of municipal party committee, municipal political research office director Cheng Jinsong presided over the symposium.
In the afternoon, the research group came to the Zunyi Municipal Government Affairs Center, Fuxin Iron and Steel Company, Zunyi Municipal Public Security Traffic Management Bureau Vehicle Management Branch and other units to visit the work practices and results of the reform of "delegation of regulation and service", in-depth understanding of the government staff, business operators and the people's personal feelings in the reform.
On the afternoon of 9th, the research group went to Tongren City, Guizhou Province to carry out research activities.
In the meeting room of Tongren People's Hall on the 10th, the research group had a discussion with the local departments concerned.
