On July 31, Associate Professor Zhang Zhang of the School of Public Administration and Policy of Renmin University of China and his 3-member delegation were commissioned by the provincial centre to Tongren City Public Resources Transaction Center to research the construction of institutional performance assessment system.

The research group first visited the centre to understand the construction of the site, system flow, service level, culture construction and other aspects of the construction, and learned in detail about the bid opening area, bid evaluation area settings and management. Through the site visit, the research team expressed their affirmation of the achievements made by the centre.

After the site visit, a discussion and exchange meeting was held in the centre, which was chaired by Zhang Ping, member of the party group and deputy director of the centre, and middle-level cadres of the centre participated in the discussion. After listening to the centre on the work of public resources transactions, the two sides on the public resources trading institutions performance assessment system construction, improve the quality of transaction services, mass satisfaction and rural property rights transactions and other aspects of the work of the exchange of statements, the centre on the research team concerned about the questions answered one by one, the two sides also on the next step to carry out performance assessment work to discuss. Through field view, discussion and exchange, the research team successfully completed the task of this research, for understanding the operation of the public resources trading centre in each city (state) of Guizhou, summarize the experience and practice of performance assessment around the reference.
