Led by Professor Ma Liang, Li Wenzhao and Zhang Nandiyang from the School of Public Administration and Policy and hosted by the Center for Evidence-based Governance of Renmin University of China, on 29th Jul. 2019, our group went to Guizhou ProvincialGovernment General Office and Provincial Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) to conduct research on the reform of "delegating power, regulating and serving"

In the morning, the research group visited the Work Office of Delegation, Regulation and Service Reform of the General Office of Guizhou Government, and got a preliminary understanding of the overall situation of the "Delegation, Regulation and Service Reform" in Guizhou Province, laying a foundation for the promotion of the follow-up research.

After Director Zhang introduced the basic information, the teachers and students of the project team began a heated discussion with Director Zhang.

In the afternoon, the research group of "delegating regulation and service" went to Guizhou Development and Reform Commission for investigation and discussion on the progress of the reform of "delegating regulation and service" of Guizhou Development and Reform Commission.

After the discussion, the research group visited and learned from the platform of "Guizhou Project Cloud", the provincial fixed assets investment project of Guizhou Development and Reform Commission.

Finally, Professor Li Wenzhao thanked the Guizhou Development and Reform Commission for their support in this survey. We believe that these first-hand research materials and data will help the research group to further deepen the understanding of the provincial reform of "delegating administration, delegating administration and serving service", and provide strong support for the next research.
