On October 8, 2019, a research team led by Professor Yang Kaifeng, Dean of the School of Public Administration and Policy, visited the Guizhou Provincial Public Resources Trading Center (Guizhou PTRC) with the visiting scholar Wang Xin and doctoral student Xing Xiaoyu. The research included the work of the performance evaluation system. The research covered the progress of the performance evaluation system, the problems found and the next work arrangement.

Ma Kai, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Provincial Centre, presided over the seminar. Ma Xianyun, Minister of Business Department 3, Quan Jun, Deputy Minister of Information Application Management Department, Cha Yong, Deputy Minister of Business Department 5, OuLiping, Deputy Minister of Finance Department, Li Qi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Organ, Huang Peibin, Deputy Minister of Comprehensive Department, Wang Shan, Head of Business Department 1, Yuan Zhihong, Head of Business Department 2, Tian Jing, Head of Business Department 4, and Chen Nan, Section Chief of Market Management Department, attended the meeting.

Dean Yang Kaifeng introduced the current progress of the topic and discussed with the participants on the stage report and indicator system. He pointed out that the opinions and suggestions of the practitioners would be fully considered and the next work arrangement would be determined. Director Ma Kai expressed his sincere welcome to Dean Yang and his delegation, and said he would pay attention to the improvement of the performance evaluation system and indicator system, and give full play to the role of the "baton" of performance evaluation.
